Barbados has a tropical climate that is mostly sunny and fair, with average daytime temperatures of 75-85' Fahrenheit. There are two seasons in Barbados - the rainy season, which runs from June - November, and the dry season, which runs from December to May. Barbados has an average annual rainfall of 56 inches.
Barbados is estimated to have a population of 279,912. Now that might not sound like a lot of people to you, but Barbados is actually the 8th most densely populated country in the world. The official language in Barbados is English, and the island boasts a literacy rate of 99.7%.
